Sequoia from Willamette Valley. This piece is wrapped around the edges of a made in Oregon birch panel. After hand planing, sanding, burning and scraping, this was oil relief ink printed in violet, red and copper printed on mulberry paper, mounted on gesso sealed birch and then surface sealed. It's absolutely stunning! The wrapped edges are unique and make this piece a versatile fit for a slightly smaller space. The 42x46 and 48x48 versions of this print without wrapped edges are stunning for larger spaces.
